State Farm® Insurance Agent Sandra Goode-Long

"I was insured through Sandra Goode-Long's office for almost six years. Unfortunately, my experience has been plagued by persistent billing issues and delays in resolving problems. The final straw came when it took over two months to transfer a car from a personal account to a business account. Throughout this time, I spent hours in their office, with them showing no regard for my time and continuously wasting it with excuses and ineffective solutions. When I couldn't take the excuses and lack of resolution any longer, I requested to have my policies moved to another State Farm office. However, after my policies were transferred, this office submitted a request for my policies to be dropped by State Farm altogether. This felt like a retaliatory action, which I find extremely unethical. If they had resolved my issues, I would have gladly stayed with them. Now, with my new agent, my issues have been resolved, and one of my vehicle policies is over $400 cheaper for six months. My bills are consistent, and everything is running smoothly—something I never experienced at Sandra Goode-Long's office. I hope the owner takes note of what’s happening in this office. This review may be harsh, but after they tried to get my insurance dropped when I switched offices, I feel it's necessary. I’m waiting for them to be added to the Better Business Bureau database so I can leave a review there as well, to warn others to stay away from this office."
